With 22+ years' business experience and 14 years direct experience within and for social enterprises in the UK and abroad, I've supported around 500 social enterprises to do business better and make more impact. I know the practicals - from business architecture and design, through to hiring and scale - but I bring a deep passion for nature-inspired leadership, and the principles of regenerative practice.
