In 2025 Social Impact.Support are offering 8 social enterprises access to business mentorship from Colliers Property Consultants participating in an emerging leadership programme. This programme suits social entrepreneurs who are working 4-5 days a week in their business, and have capacity to meet with your two chosen exective mentors every month for at least 1 hour. Mentors will support with sounding board, critical friend, and where applicable specialist support across one or two key areas of the business within commercial and operations. 

The mentors have a mix in backgrounds from sales and revenue generation, key account and project management and operations / team management. The mentors and mentees are trained and supported throughout the duration of the programme, as well as have access to the Regenerous nature-inspired leadership group.

The support will involve:

• Being matched to two mentors from Colliers Property Consultants who will work as a team and support you on a pre-identified commercial leadership challenge
• Two-day kick off (residential) event End March/Early April 2025 in Kent (1 hour from London)
• Pre-call (virtual) to meet your mentors in Mid-March
• Minimum of 8 hours virtual mentoring (between April to November) to develop your commercial strategy, business architecture, B2B sales, operations, leadership
• Up to 3 x 121 coaching and check in calls with Social Impact.Support
• Access to our nature inspired leadership group, Regenerous, between April-June covering leadership topics: complexity and adaptability, resilience, building capacity, growth mindset and accessing your inner nature for additional resource and nourishment.

This is a fully funded programme to cover the support, although there will be an admin and processing fee of £125+vat to participate payable in advance in one payment upon acceptable of offer of a place.

In 2025, Pernod Ricard UK, together with Regenerous and Social Impact Support, are going to support a group of social enterprises to secure more private sector income. It could be you are looking for contracts worth £5,000-£30,000; smaller regular purchases under £5,000, or larger contracts that last years and worth six figures. This short programme will work well for anyone with a wellbeing or team away day opportunity, office-related suppliers, food and beverage suppliers for the hospitality industry, and those with professional services like training, consulting etc.

The support will involve:

• In person kick off session 6th February 2025 (all day) in London (includes training)
• 3 virtual mentoring sessions (February 26th, March 26th, April 30th at 12.45pm-2pm)
• Being matched to one to two mentors from Pernod Ricard’s commercial team
• Support to develop your sales materials, your pipeline and your pitch
• In Person showcase event in May at Pernod Ricard, pitching to buyers across the business
• Access to our nature inspired leadership group, Regenerous, between April-June covering leadership topics: complexity and adaptability, resilience, building capacity, growth mindset and accessing your inner nature for additional resource and nourishment.
