Mentoring for L&D: Design & Delivery
We can design you an interpersonal, self-reflective, skills-based solution to a current team performance challenge that emphasises mentorship and coaching. Our full experience design is driven by learning outcomes and includes workshop facilitation to develop pre-agreed critical skills, with a strong focus on growth mindsets. We achieve this by creating a socially and/or environmentally impactful learning experience for your employees, allowing them to take on the role of consultant or mentor to provide social enterprise support for a not-for-profit UK based organisation facing a 'live' business challenge. This comprehensive approach includes project management, evaluation, executive coaching and impact reporting.
We currently do with Pernod Ricard UK, Colliers Property Consultants and Baringa, and have previously worked with Salesforce, Grosvenor, and Sanofi, alongside mentors from Sky and Starbucks in past events.
Enterprise training, strategy, advisory & workshops
We can deliver your enterprise support offering with a focus on social enterprise support that emphasises sustainable and socially impactful business models or assists small businesses in struggling local economies. Our vast experience includes working with women leaders, leaders of colour, migrant entrepreneurs, and those facing challenges such as neuro-diversity, burn out, and being further removed from the job market, including ex-corporate start-up founders. Our support encompasses business troubleshooting and critical decision making, skill development, opportunities mapping, and business development, all enhanced through our mentorship and coaching programmes.
We have delivered training, consulting and workshops for The School for Social Entrepreneurs, Hatch Enterprise, Goldsmiths University, Bournemouth University, Libraries Unlimited, Local Spark and more.
Community & Sustainability Support
We can be the architect and the builder behind your community, team, and ecosystem building project, providing mentorship and coaching throughout the process. Alternatively, you can share your brief with us, and we'll bring your vision to life. Our team is highly experienced in sourcing and vetting community projects, offering social enterprise support, and matching volunteers to the right initiatives. We can also assist in sourcing local social and green projects and causes to enhance your investment portfolio while prioritising sustainability consulting.
