listening circles for workplaces

Transform Your Workplace Through the Power of Listening

In today’s fast-paced workplaces, genuine human connection often takes a back seat. Yet research shows that when people feel heard, trust deepens, stress reduces, and teams thrive.

Through our partnership with Circlewise CIC, we bring the practice of listening circles into organisations - a simple yet powerful way to strengthen communication, build compassion, and create cultures where people truly belong.

Together with Circlewise we would design a bespoke listening circle programme for you to suit your organisation’s needs - whether you’re a small remote team or a global company.

Ready to Strengthen Connection in Your Workplace?

Listening Circles are more than conversations - they’re a practice that transforms how people relate, work, and lead. Partner with us and Circlewise CIC to bring listening circles into your organisation and build teams that listen, care, and thrive together.

What are listening circles?

A listening circle is a facilitated group conversation where every voice is valued equally.

Participants sit together in a circle - a format that naturally reduces hierarchy - and share stories, reflections, and ideas in a safe, supportive space. Rooted in ancient traditions and backed by modern organisational psychology, well facilitated listening circles help colleagues connect more deeply, listen without judgement, and discover shared humanity in the workplace.
