Transform Your leadership with nature-based principles

The Regenerous Fellowship brings together a group of purpose-drivenleaders, and explores the question, does nature have the answers?  We meet monthly for 6 months, to connect our leadership  inquiries together through thematic learnings that sit within living systems. 

Our Guide: the traditional ways

Working with the seasons, we will gather online as a whole group, exploring various themes relevant in the current working world, particularly in this time of polycrisis - such as capacity, resilience, complexity and uncertainty. In between we work with nature to go on an inner journey to move through 'live' challenges in our professional lives.

Online timings

Sessions will fluctuate between the evening in the winter and autumn - around 6.30pm UK Time for 90minutes each.  And in the spring/summer we will meet at lunchtime, around 12.30pm UK Time for 90minutes. 

Gathering together on the land

There is also the possibility of us creating a space on the land where we can gather for one or two nights and be together in right relationship with the land and each other. This will be an additional contribution for those ready and able, and we will publish the contribution as soon as our partnership with the guardians of the land has been finalised. Nothing about this gathering will be with an intention to generate profit, just to cover our time and travel and in respect of our partners requested contribution. 

Fellowship - Financial Contribution & Bursaries

The 6 sessions will be priced on a flexible scale from between £480-£880 depending on how soon you join and what your affordability is. We are aiming for there to be more more than 45 in the group so that we can forge deeper connections.  The programme will start when we have a minimum of 15, and will start again after the 6 months period. You are welcome to rejoin the fellowship and continue with us to 2 more seasons if it continues to serve you.

Bursaries will be available for a select number who are looking for a contribution to the fee based on existing contributions as a practitioner in the fields of sustainability, social impact, ecological work, consciousness transformation and leadership development. We will announce the details and sponsors of the bursaries in July 2026.
