Over 12 weeks (one module release each week over 6 weeks) you will be guided by Andrea through a series of online videos in the learning platform, through the 6 Ps of Purpose framework that lead you from Personal Identity, to Passion, People, Principles, Prioritisation and then Profit. This proven methodology is the basis for many careers launched by Social Starters between 2014-2023. Course fee of £280 includes 50% discount on coaching for up to 3 sessions.

With 25 years' business experience and 15 years direct experience within and for social enterprises in the UK and abroad, Andrea has supported 500 social enterprises to do business better and make more impact. Andrea knows the practicals - from business architecture and design, through to hiring and scale. She also brings a deep passion for nature-inspired leadership, and the principles of regenerative practice and comes with a Masters degree in Regenerative Economics, and is an associate and alum of Laura Storm's Regenerators Academy.

Balancing Act: 121 Business Coaching
Drawing upon 25 years' commercial business experience and 15 years direct experience within and for social enterprises in the UK and abroad, Andrea has supported 750 businesses to launch, sustain and scale - and make more impact. Leverage Andrea's vast experience and strategic brain - from business architecture and design, through to hiring and scale. Her business coaching is tailored to your requirements and she meets you where you are at, be it at the early stage of a social impact start-up journey or 10 years into one. Over 6 weeks you will:
- Work up a commercial / revenue goal for the next 3-6 months and map out how you're going to achieve success
- Really start to understand what you do well, and where the gaps in your leadership and organisation are
- Run an audit on your commercial outputs - from the website to the marketing materials and your sales deck - you'll learn how to maximise your sales conversions
- Work on your business development and sales pipeline, focusing on how to sell to corporates driving B2B or B2C sales
- Start to have higher quality sales conversations and see your income forecast increase
