It can be over the course of a day, a few months or longer. Supporting your leaders in the role of mentor is key to any successful skills-based talent development programme. We offer a range of recruitment, onboarding, training, and support management services to coach your skills-based volunteers to maximise their learning and volunteering opportunity, and make informed decisions about supporting the small grassroots social purpose business that we assign to them as part of the Regenerous Programme. Additional touch points include peer to peer support, plus reflection on topics around resilience, growth mindset, capacity, and collaboration.

Andrea has 15 years facilitating diverse groups to collaborate, learn and design new futures. Our leadership development model leverages hackathon style trouble-shooting days, training workshops, design thinking sessions, listening circles, and mentor/mentee matching. Content includes topics around growth mindset, problem solving, impact measurement, developing self-coaching mindsets, small business strategy, creative visionary work, community convening, nature-inspired leadership, goal casting, facing closure, starting a social enterprise and other relevant topics. Can work alongside founders of small businesses, or with cohorts and teams.
