Andrea has 15 years of experience facilitating diverse groups and social enterprises internationally and in the UK, focusing on collaboration, learning, and designing new futures for systems and social change outcomes. Her leadership development model emphasizes mentorship and coaching through hackathon-style troubleshooting days, training workshops, design thinking sessions, deep listening circles, and mentor/mentee matching. The learning content delves into living systems themes, including growth mindset, complex problem solving, impact measurement, coaching mindsets, thriving not just surviving, visionary and dreaming work, community convening, nature-based leadership, facing closure, validating ideas, proof of concept, and more. Andrea and her team work alongside founders of small businesses and charities providing social enterprise support, while they also engage in sustainability consulting initiatives, collaborating with cohorts and teams to explore how to integrate these efforts with the private sector.

Our leadership development approach operates bi-fold by connecting emerging and existing private sector leaders with grassroots community leaders and entrepreneurs to address a core business challenge. This process can unfold over the course of a day, several months, or even longer.
