A listening circle is a facilitated group conversation where every voice is valued equally.
Participants sit together in a circle - a format that naturally reduces hierarchy - and share stories, reflections, and ideas in a safe, supportive space. Rooted in ancient traditions and backed by modern organisational psychology, well facilitated listening circles help colleagues connect more deeply, listen without judgement, and discover shared humanity in the workplace.
Because we are a social enterprise, when you give the gift of listening to your team, you also give the gift of listening to a child or young person as part of Circlewise CIC's impact programme.
Our team are trained in organisational development, way of council facilitation, nature connection practice, and transformation coaching.
By working with us, you also support our wider self harm prevention work in schools, our community projects, and rights of passage work with teenagers.
Participants consistently leave with stronger bonds, better listening skills, and renewed self-compassion. Adults who learn circle practice typically pass on the skills to families and peers.
