Below the social enterprise shortlist share a little about their businesses and goals.

When you join the Selling to Corporates social enterprise mentoring programme you will be tasked with supporting a community organisation or ethical business - or as we call them, a social enterprise. These are generally small 'profit with purpose' organisations who sell products and services that benefit society, create system change and/or protect the planet. They will come with a commercial challenge, around growing B2B sales, which could involve improving their pitch, developing their sales narrative, looking at pricing and sending out proposals or quotes, or it could be around opening or closing sales. In the role of mentor, you will work in pairs or solo to support your mentee over three to four months to solve one or two critical challenges in these areas.

In the role of mentor, you will be expected to provide a minimum of 3 mentoring sessions between February to May to your social enterprise. They are typically one hour, but could be longer or shorter depending on requirements. On average you will be expected to provide approx 1-2 hours per month of support each (approx 8-10 hours support per mentoring assignment over the duration). There is an expectation that you will attend every mentoring session that is organised with your matched social enterprise. You'll set up regular mentoring check-ins with your mentee outside the scheduled sessions, and work with them to support them, with the same level of professionalism as you would any client.

There will also be an in person meet & greet with your social enterprise at the kick off event 5th February. The programme will be running Feb to May 2026.

WayMakers work with autistic and ADHD people to thrive and build accessible lives they love. Alex Kelly found of WayMakers Devon - an award-winning social enterprise committed to building neuroinclusion in workplaces, communities and individual lives - had this to say about her experience on the programme. "This was such valuable and innovative model for working on a specific angle of business development: I loved having the opportunity to work with not one, but two corporate mentors, to get their insights and reflections on our offer and goals, and I loved the fact that this was balanced with some guidance and input from Regenerous, who have an in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of social enterprises and how to develop them sustainably. I struck gold with two mentors who showed up with such a genuine interest in getting to know our business and what we wanted to achieve, and were always helpful, constructive and kind."
Since the programme, 6 months on, Alex reported that she has been delivering at least one new event per week, which is a massive success off the back of the Selling to Corporates programme. This is an increase in the income she was getting, and is 100% down to the learnings and development she got from the programme.
